Creating A Safe Haven for Women of Color

Over the years, I sought personal and professional development through books, podcasts, and videos to help me in my career. There was often a scarcity of self-help content and books that spoke to the black experience, an experience much unlike my counterparts in the workplace.

In a world that doesn't always understand the intricacies of being a woman of color in the professional landscape, I wanted to fill that void by sharing content that helps me overcome the struggle, which is why I founded GreatHer. 

GreatHer is a haven - where the voices of women like me can resonate in unison because I know that the struggles faced by women of color are often silent and relentless, leaving us without a place to lay our burdens.

With my unwavering belief that each of us has a unique gift, I use my joy for writing to amplify the voices yearning for empathy and understanding. Through this platform, I am sowing the seeds of hope and fortitude, nurturing a community where vulnerability is not a weakness but a source of strength.
