Teaira, also known as Coach T, is the proud owner of Buffalo's only women's fitness studio, Waist Talk Fitness. For over six years, she has guided numerous women through their fitness journeys, both locally and online. Additionally, she is also deeply committed to supporting local businesses by hosting events, such as the Annual Waist Talk Bosses Brunch and Black Market Ceremony as a way to positively impact the community.
